These terms outline the legally binding agreement between 5Star Online and the subscriber regarding broadband internet services.
The subscriber must provide accurate documents establishing identification, legal status, and address. 5Star Online reserves the right to verify these documents and temporarily disconnect, suspend, or terminate services if any false information is provided.
5Star Online aims to deliver services and technical support within agreed timeframes. In cases of unavoidable maintenance delays, we will notify the subscriber as reasonably practicable.
5Star Online retains full ownership of all provided connections, optical fiber cables, ONU, and network equipment unless explicitly sold to the subscriber under a written purchase agreement.
Monthly subscription fees must be paid in advance by the due date. Failure to make timely payments will result in automated temporary service disconnection until the dues are cleared.
While 5Star Online implements robust network-level security measures, subscribers are responsible for securing their personal devices using updated security software and firewalls.
Installation and monthly package fees are determined by location, bandwidth type, and package plan. All charges are subject to change upon prior notice by 5Star Online.
